  • Morning Session (Before 12:00 PM):

    Submit your request before noon, and your funds will be processed and sent on the same business day.
     

  • Afternoon Session (After 12:00 PM):

    Requests made after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day (H+1).

Note: Processing occurs during business days (Monday – Friday). Requests during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

  1. Direct Identity Match: Funds can only be transferred to a bank account that matches the name on your trading account. No third-party transfers.

  2. The Original Path: To prevent fraud, withdrawals must be sent back to the same bank account used for your initial deposit (e.g., Deposit via BCA = Withdraw to BCA).

  3. Automatic Conversion: If you are withdrawing from a USD account to a local IDR bank, your bank will automatically handle the conversion using their prevailing exchange rate.

Simple Steps to Cash Out 📤

Follow these simple steps to withdraw from the Doo Financial Futures App:

  1. Log In – Open the app and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Withdraw – Tap Me > Withdraw.

  3. Choose Account – Select your USD Balance or MT5 Account.

  4. Select Method – Choose Local Bank or Wire Transfer (must match your registered bank details).

  5. Submit Request – Enter the amount, double-check the information, and tap Submit.

  6. Processing – Our team will verify and finalize your request during business hours.

    Pro Tip: Always double-check that your Free Margin on MT5 is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount if you still have open trades!
